Looking for a host which 'doesn't care'
i am thinking about starting a site which will be illegal in the US so i need an off-shore host who wont take my site down if there are complaints. any ideas?

I'm not sure you can easily find a host allowing illegal content in any of the mentioned countries, as alln the offshore hosts I know of have the SLA where gambling. warez and HYP sites are prohibited.

Thats right. I think it will be hard for you to find a server from a reliable host to host illegal stuff. If I can ask can I know what you are planning to host?

you won`t find any host that will allow you illegal conten neither in china nor in
russia
In Russia the web hosting market is highly developped and content is being monitored,you may seah for offshore hsoting in google...but think twice before doing any illegal business

He said illegal in US. may be he will get some servers some where. But it depends upon what he is going to host.

someone i know had there poker website deleted, as the hosting company (US based) dosn't approve of poker / gambling.
