I just signed up for a new hosting package at LunarPages.
Because I payed via PayPal, I was expecting a delay in account activation. PayPal payments have to be cleared manually, apparently. After 2 days I inquired about the status.
- Within 2 Mins: Received a notice that my ticket had been submitted
- Within 10 Mins: Got a reply saying that my ticket had been transferred to their accounts department.
- Within 1/2 Hour: Another reply from accounting saying my account was activated. (Account info emails arrived at the same time.)
As stated above, this was the first time I've ever had to use their support, and I must say, I'm impressed!!
I just thought I would re-visit this thread and share.
