I've used them for about 6 sites in the past.

I've had no problems. I'd review their support for you, but I've never had to use it. Perhaps that in itself is a review.

Don't just take my word though, wait for some others to chime in...

I just signed up for a new hosting package at LunarPages.

Because I payed via PayPal, I was expecting a delay in account activation. PayPal payments have to be cleared manually, apparently. After 2 days I inquired about the status.

• Within 2 Mins: Received a notice that my ticket had been submitted
• Within 10 Mins: Got a reply saying that my ticket had been transferred to their accounts department.
• Within 1/2 Hour: Another reply from accounting saying my account was activated. (Account info emails arrived at the same time.)

As stated above, this was the first time I've ever had to use their support, and I must say, I'm impressed!!

I just thought I would re-visit this thread and share.

So you are not with them now? Curious what made you to move away from them.

I didn't move away from them. I simply got away from the Web for a while. It was no fault of LunarPages. In fact, a previous post in this thread also tells of me signing up a new account recently.

Starlab: I'd be very interested in hearing how you feel about them in a few months. I've been looking for an alternate host and Lunarpages has filtered to the short list for me, but I'm hesitant to make the jump.

Could you elaborate your reasons for choosing them?

One thing I noticed with Lunarpages is that they will shut you down for the same system resources you can get away with at hostmonster or hostgator.
