all my namecheap outgoing emails never get accepted by hotmail or gmail

Ok I run an online business and it is absolutely necessary that my e-mails make it to my customers. Unfortunately I guess someone spammed using their service and now their ip's are blocked by google and hotmail. The e-mails dont even end up in the junk folder!

So how can I transfer just my e-mail. Like I mean continue to use my e-mails but hosted by someone else and continue to have my website hosted there?

Thanks for your help. Does anyone know any good e-mail providers where my e-mails will get accepted by hotmail and google (all my e-mails are pretty much order confirmations...maybe 3 or 4 a day)

Thanks so much for your help!

GDo you use namecheap.com hosting or just use them for email services?
Have you addressed this issue to namecheap.com support stuff?

Yeah. Go ahead and ask them regarding this.
You need to check whether your domain has a SPF record and reverse DNS for your mail server.

Also it can be due to the IP listed in a spam database.
