how to create 404 file on win server

Hi,
Don't know where i should post this thread. But i find no category for my thread so it seems my suitable. Let me post my query.

Is procedure for creating 404 file on windows server and unix server is same?

I don't think so. Different servers are admined in different ways that's why the procedure of creating this file will be different.

If you want to set up error pages on IIS, it si pretty easy. You can right click on your website--> properties --> custom errors and edit. Ofcourse Apache and IIS are differnt!

Yes i want to setup 404 file on IIS server. After going custom error page whats next step i should take. Is it same as for apache server. (I know how to create 404 file on apache server)
