need help of godaddy's domain

i cannot type Non-Latin (such as chinese) words on mask title , meta keyword,meta description

then i send a email letter to ask them , they gave me this :

While it is possible to have non-Latin characters in your masking title, this will need to be done through a custom script. Please note that we do not provide technical support with third-party scripting issues. We are very limited in the support we can offer for customer-written code or scripts.

I believe those two things are different.
