Question WS_FTP Pro Query?

Hi folks,

Before I get on the phone to our local Shaw provider, could anyone figure out this issue?

Basically, I am trying to continue uploading to one of our allocated web space accounts, but the latest batch of files show "0 bytes" which would suggest that this web space is full? ... trouble is, we are allowed 20MB per account, where the total shown on this particular account is 14.7MB (from the route directory)

HELP!!

Hello!
Which ftp manager is used? It might be due to that. And why don't you want to contact their support? If you pay money you can ask them.

I use WS-FTP Pro 2007. I will eventually have to deal with our local ISP if I can't find a solution. They are a "nightmare" to deal with to say the least & I have no confidence in their ability, due to previous experiences.

... Oh! I tried a free download FTP Manager & the problem still exists.

... just to follow up, I will be calling our ISP today, as we are still having this problem. Would have been nice to hear that we weren't alone with this kind of experience.
