How to identify that a web content management tools is used from a source code?

anybody can tell me how to identify a sites which is generated using Web content management tool?

i have this source code below:

Well, you can usually tell from the quality (lack) of in the source code that some type of WYSIWYG editor was involved, but the particular CMS/editor is a different issue - you will generally find some comment or meta tag containing the information, but that depends on the tool used etc.

However, from the snippet you posted (you should try use code tags btw) I would say it's likely to be this: http://www.ektron.com/ewebeditpro.aspx
