Why you need data center in asia ? I am from UK but use web hosting from US with no problem. Web hosting should not be restricted to your area.

By the way I just prefer a data center which is near in my traffic source. I'm in asia too.

I think that you have to chose provider not for your location. You have to target on your audience first of all.

To me, web hosting in US are cheaper, more reliable, IMO.
