As far as I understand you need linux web hosting. As rule that feature is supported on them. I would recommend you have a look at Santrex.net or Hostgator.com.

I have several sites on Joyent and MediaTemple for a long time with no downtime that I can remember;

Drupal can be easily hosted on any site nowadays, it's free, so you can install it yourself. I guess it's more important to find the right option in terms of support and uptime as well as financial opportunities. So I guess Hostgator.com or Webhostingbuzz.com can work fine for you.

I recommend staying away from all popular hosts. They *generally* seem to provide poor support because of the number of clients. I do recommend http://www.milofi.com though.
