How much will bandwidth will I use? and Coldfusion Hosts

Hi All.

I am very new to this so need some advice if anyone has the time. I am setting up a Website for someone and need some info about hosts and space etc.
The Coldfusion site has 6 dynamic pages that pull text and images via the database (MSAccess).
There is a total of 15 images each of about 100KB each in a seperate folder...any amount of which could be seen by a user. I suspect they will probably pull most of them each time they visit. As for users???...dont really have a clue. Maybe about 100 per month or so?

Here are my queries you could help me out with:::

1. Website is for specific UK market Only. Should I use Host in UK or in (cheaper) USA. What are the differences and is there a download problems when coming from the USA?

2. How much space should I need to store everything? Database itself is about 400KB (MSAccess). Pages are about 5kb each

3. How much Traffic limit should I go for?

Any advice should be great..as it will be more than I know for now...lol.

Client already has a domain name with another host (who doesn't have a Coldfusion enabled server...which is why he is moving) and will be taking the name with him.

Hope to hear form you all soon.

Cheers,
P.S. I have seen a host in the UK...looks good...seems they put a lot of emphasis on service...which is probably why they charge £19.95 per month.
Here is the main details
Using Your Own Domain (i.e mydomain.co.uk)
300 MB Disk Space
5 GB Monthly Traffic
1 FTP Account(s)
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Email support 24x7x365
Phone Support 24x5
They say they have lots of other stuff like video survelliance at their data centre etc and UPS etcIs the above a general of what everyone offers???
The guy seemed very nice, helpful and not too pushy when I spoke to him a while ago. This is them here...what you think...anyone ever used them??????
