ftp help needed!

I'm trying to setup ftp accounts on my server

running XPpro IIS 5

I have the ftp up and running and can connect to it. but I'm having a hell of a time trying to get the users to log strait into the proper folders... for some reason they all log onto the root ftp folder. I have the path set for them in the computer managment screen under home directory. I don't know what else to do to get it to work right...

if "ftpuser" go to ftpuser directory
if "me" go to ftproot directory

but instead i get

"ftpuser" & "me" go to ftproot..

plz help,,
thankx
