Experience with AQhost
So in the v7n hosting shutting down thread - http://www.v7n.com/forums/v7-inc-sup...ting-down.html - John suggested AQhost.

So I figured I'd switch my sites over there. I called sales, went on hold, got an answering machine, left a message, and haven't heard from them in 4 hours. I called at 12 noon EST.

Now if they don't answer sales calls at noon, how can I believe they will have decent support? How do I know the owner isn't some high school kid who didn't answer the phone because he was in summer school or something?

Anyone else have something to say about AQhost?

Well like most hosts I imagine the majority of their support and even sales are handled through their support ticket system. It's still odd that you did not hear back from them in anyway.

Of course on web hosting talk it claims the company was sold in 2007 so who knows if the recommendation was based on the previous ownership or not. Here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=692491
