You are right, but what about bank transfer or western union which is possible from any region?

Another option for hosting is Google.
You can setup your domain with Google Services.
Then you'll have e.g. sites.yourdomain.com and also emails can be handled as well by Google.
If you use a free hosting you could run into all sort of limitations.
Companies are in business because they must make profit.

One can expect only so much for free. It sounds like you're at a stage where you should consider stepping up to a paid host, especially if you're planning for this to be a big project.

i use speedoft.com for hosting and it has been great they have all the space you need for a personal site to a huge corporations site. i have never had any problems and they people answer the phones if you have questions instead of those crappy automated things
