A few questions..

Hey have you changed the site around in the last 12 hours??
I can no longer open the hosting deals page?
Also the different hosting plans have had there name changed havent they?
There was a novice plan last night, cant see it now tho? :s

What about your copyright page?

How come on the homepage on the "Check your domain Availability here"
If you click go or touch the dropdown box. It goes to the godaddy.com site ?

Are you quite a new host and are still working on your website?
I think the links and pages definitely need updating.
The sooner the better.
I can understand if you are a new host and are currently working on improving the site. Can give you the benefit of the doubt then

I currently have an outstanding support ticket wating for a reply from you and have added you on msn as well.

If you can answer those questions satisfactorily for me i will not cancel my request to sign up for hosting with you.

Our copyright policy is in our TOS. We were forced to change to that template because the person who sold us our previous one committed copyright infringement from that template.
