If you have studied SEO at all, the physical location of your web server can have an effect your results when website visitors are looking for information from a specific area. e.g. A Canadian wants to buy from a store within Canada to avoid customs charges and pay less in shipping so they search Google.ca or Yahoo!.ca.

Criteria:

3. You have a clear detailed list of features included.

5. The website owner remains in full control of their webspace.
6. The website owner does not have to use push button installs for things like shopping catalogues, Wordpress (or the blogging software of their choice), etc. They can install their own.
7. 24/7 support via phone, chat and email.

Please specify if your firm is geared to cater to high end consumers.

I wrote this request with the average website owner in mind who won't understand that your $30/month web hosting package is better because you have X, Y, Z superior equipment. All they are going to be concerned with is the cost and what they can get elsewhere, not taking into the account the benefit of a Canadian business being on a Canadian server.
