Yeh, I have the same problem, I signed up with "hostrator.com" because it's free, and they say they have "99.9%" uptime, I say, BULL****. I have only been with hostrator.com for less than 2 weeks, and this is the 4th time their server has gone down for a long period. Today is 9 Oct, when I finish writing this I am deleting my site from hostrator and going back to my previous host, "fateback.com". "**** hostrator".

I definitely respect when people express themselves in a mature way, but definitely i have ZERO respect for those who can't express themselves unless trashing their words!! whatever is your experience with hostrator you can post for sure but in a constructive way where people can add to their experience before trying.

what i have to say is GROW UP...

Downtimes happens all the time, with or without our will, but after all we provide a good service with good feedback..you can check the forums, support tickets..

There was an abuse attempt on the server that is why the service has been offline, we are working on it and hopefully the issue will be resolved in the coming couple of hours.

I have no idea why people trying to abuse a FREE service!!

I got a reply from the data center technical stuff, they have requested additional info which i provided later. they didn't give me a time frame but i am following it. Be assure your files and sites will stay intact.

First I registered in your website and got the confirmation email. Then I clicked the link in the email and tried to register my account for free one and got this error. Pls look into it. I am using Firefox 3.0.3 and Windowx XP OS.

Sorry for the downtime, it was scheduled due to server upgrade, we already sent a notice to all of our members regarding this upgrade.

Upgrade is to add more space and increase bandwidth.

Process should not take more than 2 hours hopefully.
