how to disable perl

Just out of curiosity, is it possible to prevent perl from running on a webhost account, completely. I know that perl is fully capable of manipulating files on a webserver, so need a way to stop any would be hacker from being able to run perl scripts.

Sure there is IIS or go into the php.ini file and disable it in the server.

If it's not your server get one that uses IIS.

You can always ask your hosting provider to disable it, that is probably the easiest way imho.
