Why would you want to block Chrome users from your site? You will loose potential customers/visitors if you do that?

If you really want to do this, you'll have to use a browser sniffer and send them to another page (or a Chrome friendly version of your site )

You should try to make your website user friendly with all browsers. You can always hire a freelancer to help you fix any problem if you dont know how to fix it.

I would agree with Sean, try and make it compatible with Chrome too.
Chrome is a great browser and is starting to become very, VERY popular (I am using Chrome right now) and as has been said, you will lose a lot of potential customers if you completely block Chrome.

With all due respect, I hear this statement most often from people who don't have a clue how to design using valid code.

I came to this thread because I was looking to see if there was already a post about Chrome in the forum.

I wanted to post what great luck I was having browsing with Chrome when I am connecting with wireless or my air card. I've found that it runs gmail better than any other browser (no surprise there!)

You really should consider striving to make your website compatible with all the popular and up and coming browsers... things always change. As a matter of fact, at one time Webcrawler was the internet browser of choice LOL

I've been using Flock since it lets me easily and quickly post to multiple blogs and gives me easy access to feeds and blogs I track. I am finding myself using browsers like tools - sometimes you need a hammer and sometimes a screwdriver. What would I do without firefox add-ons?

Why tell the customers coming to your drive through just to buy a hamburger that they can't because they aren't in a Honda?

You might be wondering... "why is she telling me all about her browsing habits? That's not what I asked about". Well. I'm a customer and I'm always right.

Good luck with maximizing your marketing pool!

website-seo is an unknown quantity at this point
here it is

Google chrome is very popular. It is the browser I am using now.

If you want the script anyway, here it is.

Code:
<html> <head> <script type="text/javascript"> function detectBrowser() { var browser=navigator.appName; var b_version=navigator.appVersion; var version=parseFloat(b_version); if ((browser=="Netscape" && (version>=5)) { window.location("page that you want to go to if chrome"); } } </script> </head> <body onload="detectBrowser()"> </body> </html>

AgentM is liked by many
I have to say that this is a surprising request, as like someone just said it is one of the most popular web browsers out there. Actually if I remember right, it is in the the Top 5. May I ask why you would need something like this?
