I'm taking them from other sites, but giving proper credit though

I looked at some sites, and they copy articles, seem to have been around for a while, so I thought until I get my own articles up, I'll just do this for a little bit... Hopefully they won't mind

I do it alot. I've used content from published authors, magazines, artists, some NASA stuff. All for free and obtained with a friendly email promising credit and a link back.

I don't suggest taking and displaying content from other sites without formal authorization... even if you credit the other sites.

For example, Reuters CMP & Knight Ridder publish digital content and license them to other companies including TV news networks and Print new media companies...

Simply displaying where you copied the content isn't legally sufficient to avoid copyright infringement...
