Is it possible to have a very, very good horrible website. I think so

I am purposefully developing this website to be horrible. Absolutely horrible.

However, I am putting lots of stuff that I haven't used in there. Lots of javascripts, some AJAX things to come, etc.
I know the site is horrible, overloaded, bloaty, and no-design.. but hmm

Just to start a discussion about this kinda stuff. Doing stuff to learn it, with no intentions of design or implementation being ANY GOOD AT ALL.

How to make it really horrible-

- blue text on black background

- Awful music that you can't turn off

- See how many different fonts and styles you can get in

- Have some text that isn't a link but make it look like a link (blue underlined works well)

- Have some links that don't look like links.

- Add some frames

- Make some text so small its difficult to read

- Have an under construction animated sign

- Get some awful clip art on there

- Make the site too wide for most users

- have some text centre aligned for no reason

- have pop ups

- More ads

- Take control of the users browser, alter the cursor make browser windows certain sizes

- Open your header in photohop and save it as a jpg, repeat this many times or save it low quality.

- Add some huge images (in size kb not scale) and then stretch them.

- Add some helpful info like best viewed on 1024x768 on a dell pentium 3 sat 3 metres from screen.

- Have a splash screen that takes ages to load, that says nothing

- Add some gratutious flash

- Some broken images

Maybe a nuclear theme would be nice, bright yellow background just the right colour to induce temporary blindness in the user.

You definately need to hyjack your visitors' mouse pointer. Change it into something big annoying and animating.

Every time I see a new post in here I wonder what horrors are about to be unleashed on my monitor. It's like a train wreck. You can't stand to see it, but you can't look away, either.

Some if this stuff is simply ghastly.
