I don't think this is the ultimate guide but it sure has some important information and links in it.
I use my phone for everything including buying things online. The thing that get's me to never visit your mobile version of your website is the speed. I don't have all day to wait for pages to fully load. I'm searching online for 1 thing and when I land of your website, I hope its fast so I get what I'm after or i'll go with your competitor who has a much faster mobile version.
