I think your checkout image should be more prominent. The first thing I see are the two links on the left "Print Shopping" and "Official Price Quote"

I personally don't like to group other actions with the "Checkout" button. Things like "Update Cart" I usually separate.

Maybe make the checkout button with an Arrow on it to visually represent continuing the process.

I agree that the Checkout button should be by itself. The other two can be moved somewhere to the left and they could even be made smaller.

The print shopping cart link could be a lot smaller. It pulls attention from the more important parts.

I'd add a "remove" link to each product, instead of making the user change quantity to zero and refreshing their cart.

"Savings" should be green, not red. And it should be moved over to the left one column. Generally, in a shopping cart, the line total is on the far right.

I saw the same thing with the checkout button before I even read the above reviews, so yes, make it more prominent, maybe directly below the grand total, make it look different and move the other buttons to a side location.

I think the savings in red is ok, you want that to stand out and it does!

Not sure what the rest of the site looks like but this page should have a similar look and feel. (don't forget the logo!)
