Im always on the lookout for good util for my website, this is a neat service and kind of takes it to another level, by letting you visually see what you users are doing, also some usefull charts on how you user scrolls the page. Nearly as good as clickdensity. You can signup for a demo, otherwise you have to pay.

Try ClickTale. You get limited downloads if using free version, but better than nothing.

Userfly is another one you may want to look at. Same concept: embedding code within page(s) enables you to see a replay of user sessions.

One thing to keep in mind is that while this type of technology is great at telling you what users are doing, you still need to understand the why in most cases to get the most out of the data.
