Do you mean like a stats program?

I would recommend in this case;

http://awstats.sourceforge.net/

Gives you loads if information on visitors spiders etc.


If you mean something a hell of a lot more powerful then look at NetTracker.

Apache 1.3 and ISS... Interesting mix, you should be able to install a Perl module though in about 2 seconds but if you would rather not then I guess you could use something else. Ill have a look around and get back to you.
