Most of my visitors will probably have dial-up so I should mention this before I ask my question.
I'm trying to figure out a way to display pictures in an orderly way in my site. Users are supposed to send me pictures and I will display them with a description. It is a rural county website and so a lot of the pictures will be rural. At first I'll put my own up but I don't know how to start. I don't think i just want to put all of them on one page but i don't want my pictures page to be empty. I'm guessing I'll want to use thumbnails but I'm not sure how I should do that. I have cpanel and it has an image manager and i guess that will do it?

www.washington-county.net and then click on pictures. I'm stuck and really need some suggestions. If there is a site that's similar to mine but has it already done nicely that would be perfect to see.
