Ecommerce HTML related question

Hi folks,
This is my first time on your forum, thanks for having me.
I am looking to use Coffeecup software along with Paypal Webpayments for our new e-store. I will build the forms in coffeecup, which will allow the customer to select attributes of the item they are purchasing, sizes, colour etc. I then want to have all the info they have selected, sizes etc, to be sent to to Paypal checkout.
Any ideas how I can do this? We have used OsCommerce for a while but there are so many things that 'bug' out I want to steer away from it.
PHP isn't my forte so I will build the store in HTML and use Paypal as a secure gateway.

Coffecup Flash Form builder is an incredibly quick way of building forms for all sorts of things so i want to use this and paypal together.

Use a simple cart and a good gateway.

It will increase your conversion.
Paypal turns a lot of people away, and there are still bugs in PayPalpro.

Try candypress - it's a cheap good little cart and go with authorize.net both are cheap and will help you out. If you get candypress cart buy the 20.00 meta tag mod also.

Put some of your stuff on ebay, you're not allowed to link to your site, but you can sneak your site name into it for instance the nice lady who owns Isellsoap.com has a username of ISELLSOAP_com ( I know her and give advice....lol)

Build a lot of htm about your products and link into your cart.

Most of the people with carts just throw up a cart. They don't have a site, just a cart.... not good.
