Pitching My Tech Blog to Other Bloggers

Hi,

I have a technology blog http://www.hitechsquad.com and I am working on promoting it and I need to promote it more amongst fellow bloggers.

Is there anyone who would be interested or could comment on the following things:

1) Does anyone have a technology blog and they would be prepared to add me to a mailing list when they break original news or rumours.

2) Would anyone be prepared to guest blog on my site.

3) Be interested in me guest blogging for their blog.

4) Has a DOFOLLOW technology blogs.

5) Be interested in receiving emails about any original news or rumours we publish.

6) Would be interested in mutual Twitter/Facebook promotions.

7) Any ideas for competitions.

I am only interested in hearing from fellow bloggers.
