I have just gathered 300 DoFollow blog list that I use to do blog comments on. Which means it is freshly new.
And now I am going to share it with 10 members of DP for only $10.

Why did you post this here if you are sharing with DP members?

And, your title says PR1-7 but you haven't included the number of links provided beyond PR4.

That is just the PR based on the page.
