Well! There are free lists available. But when you find out that their rates are much different practically then the actual worth is revealed. Its not upto anyone or you to buy it! I have used Google tool for estimations. Its free. You can also use it.

Haha. Earnings depend on GEO location heavily. This simply means that you are nothing without targeted traffic. What are high-paying keywords for without right visitors?

You can get a lot of money for relatively "bad" phrase (low earnings) if you target the traffic to some city or country where are many advertisers for such phrase. Other countries could be ignoring such phrase.

Example? Shelters, boats, rifles, bank services, etc.
