User accounts includes but is not limited to

  • Rapidshare accounts
  • PayPal accounts,
  • user accounts on other forums,
  • membership site accounts,
  • AdWords/adCenter/Yahoo Panama accounts
  • e-mail accounts
  • MySpace accounts
  • Digg accounts
  • any other type of user account
