And the answer is NO.

By the way, that's a question he's dodged two or three times.

It's just another Ponzi scheme. He's probably making money, but at the end of the day, a few million people are gonna get hosed. Then, they'll fine the head scammer a million bucks for stealing 100 million.

We call that justass here. Our justass system has no rival.

I don't know about Greenzap, but the way this Tommy guy presents is really lacking in credibility.

John, from what I can tell, it's a MLM with no real product. That, by definition, is illegal - period. American law states that the earnings can only be 30% (I believe) from "incentives" or whatever you want to call it when people get money for no goods or services. 70% must come from the selling of goods or services.

The internet is flush with such scams - caveat emptor.

-Michael

EDIT: I see how they are doing it. They are saying that they are providing a service by transforming real money into pseudo-cash. Nice loophole there. I hope they close it around the necks of the people getting rich like this.

I'm not about to trust my money to a guy that uses a PMB for the "corporate" address.

tommy, do you not understand why its not the SMART decision for us to put our money in this? You can not tell me w/o any doubt that 2 years from now it will still be around. It could be a complete bust, and I lose all my money I have. or even worse, a phishing scam and you get my bank account info. I also like how you can't spell, but you are one of their powerful associates, that also strengthens my desire to use this service

Actually, I have something constructive to say here:

Since you seem to be trying to do business online, I think you maybe could use some advice.

The google toolbar has a spell check function. You can get it for firefox or IE. It would really help your presentation.

I would also advise you to answer people's questions directly. You will be judged by your words and deeds online. We are all judged by our peers by everything we say and how we say it.

This might come as a surprise, but most of has been burned at least once by this kind of thing and we know what to look for. If you dodge simple questions and try to misdirect or deceive someone, only the most gullible and naive will keep listening to your pitch. Sure, you can make a fine living deceiving stupid people, but is that really something to be proud of? For a lot of people that is a good reason to brag. But, for anyone of any integrity, it's simply shameful.

I really do wish you good luck in your endeavors and I hope you figure out what you are involved with soon. But, whether you know it or not, it's not a good thing at all. It really isn't. And if you think you will get away with it, well, you're wrong again. What goes around really does come around and no one can talk their way out of that.

Best Wishes,
Michael

Hehe...

I met my wife in Ocean Beach. We lived there for a while together, then moved to Rosarito. That was a trip.

I kinda miss it sometimes - but not that much.

haha we had our honey moon in Rosarito Beach. I was hired as an extra for Titanic in 1996 and that's where it was filmed
Ocean Beach is nice, but too hippyish for me. I'm more a Pacific Beach kind of guy, but growing out of that phase now. Finally! (Pacific Beach is more where the College kids hang out and party)

Yeah, we had some good times there... real good.

And some bad ones, too, I guess. I don't think about those much. It seems I always remember the good times, but I have to be reminded of the bad ones.

Anyway, it's like everything else these days. Places and things that used to be nice are gone, mostly. Everything changes and, usually, not for the better.

Ocean Beach went to hell in a handbasket and Rosarito followed shortly after. Then 9/11 came and everything got screwed up. But, by then, I was living in Idaho and was only commuting once a month or so.

Now, sometimes, I remember how it was. It makes me smile and, at the same time, I get a lump in my throat. Weird, huh?

But, the memories are very powerful.

Last time I was there was shourtly after 9/11.

Four years, I guess. Not so long, but it almost feels like another life.
