Just a quick note. If anyone here thinks that GreenZap is a viable payment solution they should check out the thread over on Scam.com

There is no doubt about that.

I hate pyramids, I'd feel guilty knowing that someone down the line will be screwed. Unless of course it is "the one and only good program that will work". Hmm ,,, isn't that what everyone offers though

We had this Tommy guy or someone who sounded awfully like him come into our forums a few months ago.
After some posters started asking some hard questions, the guy left and doubt he will come back.

Anyway, basically the problem with greenzap is that you can't actually use the money to buy anything useful. So you pay $100 and that money is gone since no serious merchant will accept webcash.
As a comparison Ikobo has horrible customer service but the service actually works most of the time.

Now these Greenzap guys actually have floated their stock in pink sheets and are trying to get in the money 2nd time from people.. sigh.

It takes big brass balls to say they will be the next PayPal...

They don't pay merchants (us) in cash!!

You buy "webcash" or some crap like that and you can only spend them at a few places.

The owner has already been in trouble for running pyramids and*should* be in jail for this crap.

If he was selling pot, he would be doing time, but stealing is kosher, I guess...

He will be my first Varmint of the Week! Yep!

I read a lot of it today. Pretty interesting stuff. 130+ pages of it going all the way back to before greenzap even launched. It's very educational, to say the least. I now feel well-informed and I can accurately predict the future for greenzap, Tommy, his buddy Damon and all his friends. They make quite a crew. They really do. It never ceases to amaze me how these people all find each other.

I must say, I'm happy he didn't get far here. This group doesn't let much get by.

Just read this thread right from the beginning and you'll come to know why it's a scam.

I don't think I will be using them.

They are no way near as big as paypal and their reputation is so much worse.

Usually people give newer companies a chance but I get the feeling that I will get my fingers burnt if I do that with these.

I did, it doesn't explain anything to me, its just a few people saying its a scam mostly (Michael Allison) , but they don't give a reason why its a scam.

Dude, we have had a few people post over time about how they have lost certain funds via greenzap.

I suggest the best thing would be to do your own research online and see what you find.

If you think all is well and feel comfortable with that, then thats cool and go with it. I have just seen different people over time complain about it and I just don't feel comfortable with it but thats just my opinion.

Maybe it's just me, but for me to trust a money tranfer service, I need to have a good name associated with the company. Google and eBay qualify, some no name one doesn't. I do e-gold as well and have used stormpay, they seem ok. Greenzap is something I won't even try until I see some recommendations from others
