Greenzap: The next PayPal or SCAM?

Hi,

There is a lot of buzz about Greenzap (a PayPal alternative) nowadays. I have pre-registered for the service and have devoted considerable resources to promote it on my sites. Greenzap gives you $25 for pre-registering and up to $30 for each referral. It seems like a great idea and appears to have potential. However, I'm hearing a lot of negative things about it, like the fact that it's associated with a guy who was fined over $1 million for internet fraud. Is anyone else here signing up with Greenzap, and what are your feelings about them?

BTW, right now they're just asking for your email and mailing adresses, so there is little to lose by pre-registering. But I'd get really nervous when they start asking for SS# and bank account info when they officially launch on June 1, 2005.

I have no idea if it is a scam or not but did register also out of curiousity when they started. I didn't promote it though, I'm waiting to see if it is a scam or not. It is a multi-level-marketing system and that is illegal in a lot of countries.

Yes, I'm a little hesitant to trust my money with a new service. I will certainly wait until they become more established. Currently, I use paypal, ikobo and stormpay.

That's funny. A MLM with no product is as illegal as selling heroin.

That's a fact, Jack.

Btw, I did get a letter when they 'officially' opened their services, telling me that I would get $25 if I first deposited $100 on 'my' greenzap account.

Needless to say that I do not intent to deposit anything on that account.

Well I just made it back from spending all that Greenzap money on X'mas. And I see a response to the post AWSOME. But we need to understand a couple things: 1. it's not mlm for one thing and 2. if you believe every thing you hear hear this I've been a member for just over 2 months now and make 2to3 hundred a day thats sounds pretty legeit to me. Make the call

You must of read wrong its $50 webcash for joining free. And if you want a monthly residual then its $100 cash and we give you back $250 webcash to shop online in our over 500 storez + 20 people in your community to start earning a residual income for life and recieve any amount of cash for $1. webcash if you still have some. Pay-pal you recieve $100 cash cost you $4.20 do the math and read every thing first before passing judgement. Like I said I just started told a few and they told a few and wow $300.00 a day. Pay-pal do that. Wait until we hit pay-pal next year .

Its a marketing tool for joining. can convert it into cash at our storez or if you recieve payments from a greenzapper then it pays your transactions. Sellers will be ale to plug into our own ebay for limited time free after becoming a gold member and all zappers will shop there 650,000 and counting plus sellers transaction fees will never be more than a buck on any amount recieving.

You made 11 posts so far on the day you joined here, all those posts are made to convince us to click your affiliate link in an attempt to make greenzap look less shady, the opposite is what you achieve though, so far.

Dunno when that member title changes, just go on like this and I wouldn't be surprized if the next one would be 'banned'
