How often do you check your visitors and earnings statistics?

I usually check it in a daily basis. I had stalled Stat Counter on my site to track hits i received everyday. One of the best sources i found traffic based is social networking sites, forums and my blogs.

I check once a day my income, traffic and activity on my site I check as much as possible. Traffic and activity are important these will result in income beside that I want to be prepared for traffic spikes or spammers..

Once a day is good for me now that most of my sites are on auto-pilot. But starting out, it was much more often - once an hour at the least. But then, I am a little OCD

I have statistics live as far as how many are on the site I have a whole monitor devoted to it. Key to my success is knowing where traffic comes from and how much for instance I will have 1 click on my signature for every 10 posts here vs 1 out of 5 on other forums

I try not to check my stats and earnings everyday because that just takes time away from building more sites and doing more work to my existing sites. I normally just have an assistance check that stuff for me and call me and tell me what they see.

This question is hard to give a real answer. The amount you can earn varies from niche to niche since some niche's have high paying keywords.

Basically you could earn from .01 to XX per click. The main thing to work on is placing your adsense ads in the best possible location and your amount of traffic. I would suggest that you look in our adsense section for some more information or create a thread in there.

I normally check my stats twice a day, especially when I am running a marketing campaign and SEO. My analytics program graphs numerous timeframes, tracks events and normally I see the results of most of my efforts...what working what isn't etc.

At first, it was getting quite addictive. AdSense earnings would be checked like every 30 minutes. Then, every 15 minutes. But, when I realized that I was wasting time and getting too happy with checking the earnings, I checked myself, and slowed down. So, what i did was try to get into the habit of article marketing. writing one article an hour, for 3 hours str8. afterwards, it would take my mind off of how much money from AdSense was coming in, because i focused efforts now on writing and uniquely crafting articles for people online to enjoy reading...

I usually check my traffic everyday using Google Analytic's. Of course Google Analytics only allow you to see your traffic yesterday unlike statcounter who can give you the on going traffic.

I'm still in the 'new to this, not making much money' phase, so I only check my stats twice a week. As soon as things pick up, I'll become a frequent checker

Hmmm, I was viewing visitors and earnings almost constantly when I was in the online service business. It is so addictive, I was sometimes even doing it automatically. It was to me a non-productive time, however I couldn't stop it.

I am glad I am out of it now. I go to analytics once a day and to earnings twice a month

It is not changing rapidly, mean earnings
