worth of pr links
There are lot of buy/sell forums on webmaster forums to purchase links.I am not sure about the worth to pay for PR links in footer (is acceptable) or anywhere else on the page.
What is the worth or PR1,PR2,PR3...PR10 link ?

I am asking about rough estimate of money so please don't go deep like how many links are there,font size and color etc...

other than page rank i think it would depend on the traffic... and mostly on it. the more traffic the site has, the more expensive a link there would cost

Yeah, links above the fold are way better. I can't give you average prices either because it depends so much on the niche. I get almost as much for a link on a pr 5 stock market blog with a little traffic as i do on a PR6 ESL site with 1500 uniques/day.
