Any Ideas for Client's Site?

I have a client who started a website aimed at the credit union industry. He is trying to earn income from the website. The website is basically a place where people can post questions and get answers about credit unions and related matters. I'm trying to help him increase traffic and revenue. The website is supposed to be very plain (similar to craigslist), and it is based on phpBB. I discussed some ideas with him on how to make more money and get more traffic. Home loan affiliate program?

I like the idea. Do you know of any other programs I could implement? Anyone know of a good home loan affiliate program?

I think that is a good ideas. As long as you provides valuable information and advises to your visitor, they will of course come back again for more. At the same time you can make money too. That is a win-win situation.
