Hi I am looking for Ad Networks that have a low minimum payout and pays via PayPal Got any suggestions?

You sure adBrite supports PayPal ? I know of BidVertiser - sometimes their ads don't even load up lol

So you also can try obeus.com as far I know It has a very low payout and pays through paypal too.

Hi, I contacted adBrite support regarding their PayPal support. Here's their reply -

Thank you for contacting adBrite!

Unfortunately we are not able to offer electronic payments. I suggest you increase your minimum payment amount so you will receive checks less often. This will reduce the number of checks you need to deposit, which will reduce the number of times you pay a check deposit fee.

I made a little flash gadget for an affiliate. Put it on a few sites, Google gadgets, modules. A 10 minute project has been as good as days and days spent on some sites and Ad Sense. Its the old work smarter, not harder. Hard work is needed to learn that though. lol

I use edomz.com and it pays via paypal, moneybookers, alertpay and minimum is just $5, very good CPV rate they offer even for international traffic

I have used edomz.com but it's kinda annoying to see the popups! And its targeted to selected international traffic.. whenever a visitor clicks anywhere on the present page a popup loads up with a random keyword! And if it can find related offers then only it will show you an advertisement otherwise redirect you to a default non-paying parked domain

Personally I would give edomz.com a rating of 2/10 rating!
