Want to earn money then these are the various money making options to you.

Some of the services are:
Google Adsense; Its a bit difficult to get the adsense account approved as it includes a lot of requirements like your site need to 6 months old and you should have a good traffic etc.
Adbrite: Adbrite as compared to adsense is a lot easier to good and provide equivalent or even higher revenues.
Admaya: Admaya is good in case you have a small website and ok sort of traffic. If you are new apply for them.
kontera:Kontera is a provider of intext ads and have a lot of big sponsors in their bag. They provide good CTR rate and are easy to handle.
Infolinks Infolink is a competitor of Kontear and works well and has a better customer service support.

Adbrite/Admaya/Kontera/Infolink their revenue is too low. And Adbrite don't have sufficient ads to display. I don't know about Admaya/Kontera/Infolink. To me adsense is the best. Adsense is the best that is why to get adsense account is quite a bit heard. Ya there is certain restrictions to get adsense. But i doesn't mean that its impossible get

My site got approved and it's definitely not 6 months old. It took 1 week only.

Approved for what advertising network? You left out a lot of details.

I agree with Sam. In my experience the only one in that list that earnt me enough to be worth it was Adsense. The rest made way too little.

I am always an adsense fan and have been making money with it since 2008.After adsense linkworth is my second favorite.Linkworth gives you a number of different options to make money from a single site/blog.

I have only ever gone for adsense and adbright i would say adsense is the best by far but adbrite would be the next one down in my opinion.

Adsense is not that hard to get excepted for if you have good unique content,no adult content,hacks,pirate content.

I have made blogs within a few hours and got excepted for adsense sometimes it can take a few days for them to review it. Adsense does not like sites under construction this has got me rejected in the past. Its best to wait untill its finished and get a good few pages busting with fresh juicy content.
