How to manage a network of sites

Hey

I have been working on a poker network for a while now and they are nearly ready to go live.

I want to integrate them and try drive traffic between them as much as possible, they are all related and have similar visitors so it shouldn't be too hard, I'm just not sure what is the best way to do it.

I was thinking of putting a bar at the top of all sites and linking to the other, related sites, but I'm sure there are some other options I can do to improve the number of visitors going between the sites.

Anyone have any ideas?

i would suggest the links to affiliate sites at the bottom... because that's where people end up just before they leave ur site, when they're ready to try another. i recommend something unusual at the bottom... so they cant resist another click before closing the window

btw - how many sites do you have? and would you be interested in affiliate links with unrelated sites? let us know how it goes

A bar across the top sounds like a good idea. If not, just having the links somewhere on each page will help tie everything together, and make sure search engines connect them as well. Other thoughts are the old standby's..including running banners for other sites, inlcluding links to the other sites in signup emails, and featured links in any area of the site that closely correlates with another network site.
