Best Monetization Option

Hi I have a website cursed4eva dot com (am not allowed to post urls since am new) that gets about 5000 views a day (as per jetpack stats on wordpress)

I do not want to use adsense out of fear of being banned (I have a youtube channel that makes good money, dont want to put all my eggs in one basket)

I have one adbrite banner that makes me abotu 10 cents a day
Infolinks makes me about 50 cents a day
One clicksor banner @ 15 cents a day

I make a total of 75 cents per 5000 clicks.

I dont use any blackhat stuff and average time spent per visitor is 5mins as per google analytics.

Is this right, is this all I can make from the site, I am ok if thats the case Ill just have to focus on getting a million hits a day then

I just want to know if am missing anything, I have tried bidvertiser, didnt work well.

Any suggestions would be welcome

Ash

What is your CTR (Click thru rate)? Depending on your CTR, for 5,000 views per day I personally viewed that you should be earning much more than 75 cents. Why you worry Adsense will ban you? So far, they pay the best in the PPC ads.

Hope it helps.

You may want to make your ads a bit more prominent. I guess I just overlooked them.

I would try the media dot net service since many of their advertisers are adaptable to contextual search.

I take it that you didn't read the thread creators opening post. He does not want to use adsense.

Read all the replies before you respond to a thread please.

I read the OP just clarifying that having a website and youtube channel linked to the same adsense shouldnt cause any problems. I will try to be more helpful next time

May be you are targeting keywords with low CPM. Search for some high paying keywords and then see what happens. it happened with me LOL

Adbrite and Clicksor both pay a very little amount to its advertisers try adsense or cpx interactive it will help you in getting around 1-5$ per click depending on the pay rate of your keyword.

Let me know if you need mor ehelp on this topic of yours.

Can't connect to your site. Is it down?

You should also see other revenue opportunities instead of just selling ad spaces.

You should try affiliate programs. You can usually earn more with those. There are lot of programs you can try, like amazon.com, clickbank, cj.com, etc.
They do require more work, but if you are serious about making money, you should try them.

You must really try Google Adsense now and with your 5000 views a day I'm sure you'll earn more that $1 a day.

I have just looked at your website. You have done a nice job posting Amazon affiliate links on your site because smartphones are pretty hot these days and with lots of buyers for the products listed. The problem with Adbrite and Bidvertiser and all the other smaller PPC networks compared with AdSense is that due to the smaller number of advertisers, you will find find many ad varieties to fill your pages with and sometimes they are all blank. Look for even more commission-based ad publishing platforms since your site has potentials.

The thread creator already use's adsense but only on Youtube Channel and stated will not use adsense. I've quoted the thread creator incase you didn't read the opening post.

I've always tried to rotate the functions of my main three sites by making some ads stand out more than others to see if the CTR increases. I don't think there is necessarily a "best" option out there.

You simply have to test, test, and test more to find your niche's sweet spot.
