How much should i ask for this site?

Hi, i dont know if this is the correct category for this thread but i wanted your true opinions. I have a site called Favicons R US (www.faviconsr.us) and i wanted to know how much should i ask for it as im planning on selling it.

Name: Favicons R US
Domains: www.faviconsr.us and www.faviconsrus.com
Description: Favicons r us offers thousands of free favicons and a custom made service. New one are added every day.
Script: 100% Custom made. Buyer will get FULL RIGHTS.
Stats: Maybe 1000 uniques a month
PR: 3

Hi, thanks for the interest. Yes, ive made a couple of custom made favicons, like 3 or 4 (10$ each), made less than a dollar on adbrite, then switched to adsense and made 5.5$.

So you profited 50 bucks in how long?

What ever the site makes per month multiply it by 10 and sell it for that. So if you make 10 dollars a month sell it for $100.

I would say there's a buffer though. If the site makes $10 / month but is very well developed then you could probably make like $150-200. But that's the problem... there are a lot of buyers in the $100-500 site price range.

If the site is making $50/month, then you may have a tough time getting more than $500. At some point webmasters stop paying for development and only pay for the monthly revenue.

It is a nice site, and based on what I have seen before, and I think you should be looking for about $150-200
