I would like to know if kontera is available to use in the united kingdom?

if they are
how long will it take to recive payment?

I did not get any payment yet. They say they will pay it to your bank account if you reach minimum payment (default: 100$. I set it to 400$ to escape from bank fee as far as i can). I am from Turkey. They should accept
united kingdom too.
