Yep. Scrilla is why we are here!
Still, the main thing with your comment was actually not anything you said. The comment reminded me of some comments by several other people who complained to me about Kontera, but had no problem with Sponsored Ads. I have no particular problems with either. I run both. But for
most blogs, more than 1 sponsored post in 3 to 4 tends to look like a blog about running Sponsored Ads. (A few blog categories can get away with a 1 in 2 ratios. Anyone who thinks they can run 100% sponsored ads and not seem sploggish is kidding themselves.)
Anyway, a looked at the blogs of a few of those (not you) complaining about the Kontera ads and couldn't help wondering if they'd decided to dislike the ads because pretty much 100% of their posts contained paid links -- which meant they couldn't run Kontera at all because the TOS of the various program would prohibited those ads in 99% of their posts? Would they change their mind if at least half their posts were not sponsored?
Ahh...well... I am a bit cynical. (And I did figure out how to keep them out of newer posts. So, I know it is possible to not like them even if they make you money.)
