Do you know how to design website? Do you have interest and knowledge about anything ? Then make a site on your niche. Put adsense code into it and then start promoting your site.

I've been prowling these forums for quite a while now, not posting that often... I've learned quite a bit, use the search feature and just browse around.
Many suggestions from many people all over these forums. They're a great resource.

Have a website with adsence code on it and may be with other advertisers, submit it to many bookmarking and directory services sites.
Promote it on other means also.

i think people think just because they have a computer and internet connection, they can start making money, i dont think they understand just like any business, you need to be educated in this field and over all, no pun of course

build your own product (downloadable preferably to avoid shipping) > buy the best affiliate software > have affiliates sell them for you... =) if you are really lucky you will get a big website promoting your product > Cash Checks > Spend money

you can have a site that has a pr4 and gets hardly any traffic, so its not the PR that counts, its the amount of backlinks

Try first affiliate programs and adsense.... when you are seasoned enough then look for seo work and all....

First of all, the beginner should be ready to risk sometimes pretty big money for the old domain with good pr, and no one guaratee the results.
I don't think it's enough for the beginner. The person has to have at least a slight knowledge of which way to update the content of website. As far as I know, without updating the site might start loosing ranking.

I would suggest for the beginner to read what people post on the forums, to get involved in the field.
