Managing customers and accounts

I need to know of some good programs to manage customer accounts as follows as in,
I have clients who get both call in sales to their store, walk in sales to their dirt world stores and internet sales from websites.
I need to tie it all together with one program.
Criteria:
1.Ease of use for newbies.
2.The internet sales information can now be exported in several formats and I want a proram that can plug the information in without hand entering everything.
3.UPS friendly if they eventually learn enough to tie it into their existing UPS software.
4. the biggie, low or better still, No cost software.
5. no major data base knowledge needed by me, lol

There is a really good one on the market, it's called BAAN, but please don't try to find out how much it costs It's a modular application, the base module is "only" 50K
Several F500 companies are using this software, with all the modules is about $1mil...

Anyway, just for the sake of godd ol' competition, let's say I can arrange for a similar software to be done for you

I finally found a really great solution, even my most computer challenged clients are using it, it has taken many headaches out of my and other businesses and it is very affordable.
I tried it with one client and I liked it so much, I became a dealer/rep. for the company.
