It normally depends on more factors than just PageRank. If the buyer is wise they will also look at the traffic, page strength, age and number of outbound links on your site.
As a general rule specialised niches attract greater payment than general ones. Higher PR sites attract greater payment than lower ones. Given the information in your post, I'll assume that you're selling your links based mainly on the PR value of your site.
For PR4 or less, which is pretty normal, you'd be lucky to get much more than $5 per month. For PR5 you might get $10 per month. I wouldn't recommend asking for more than these prices - people are willing to sell for these prices, so if you charge more sensible buyers will probably go elsewhere.
Do not pay too much attention to things like the Text Link Ads link price calculator - they estimate too high a price, because their buyers pay a little extra for the convenience of having an automated service. Having said that, if you have a decent PR (PR4 or more) you might like to try TLA because of their generous rate. The TLA system can now be used easily and is AdSense safe. Another advantage is that it saves you the hassle of having to chase buyers because most renew automatically.
