I agree, actually seeing the site itself & ad placements can give us a better Idea on your campaign.
My first thought seeing that you are getting plenty of impressions & clicks is that its an internal issue, such as the actual site design, navigation, content, etc...
Then again it could be the ever so popular "Ghost impressions/clicks" from people that use traffic exchanges where your ads are located... <<~~ A reason I don't use adwords... (I hear that google has tightened the rains a bit on that issue, but, you never know..
Please supply a link & ad positions if possible so we can look deeper into your problem..

Without the ad placements I can't give any advise on targeting....
There is a huge controversy over the "Revisit-After" tag & that engines don't recognize it.. can't hurt to have there, however even with manual submissions you never want to submit again within the same 10-15 day period, so I would suggest at least changing the "3 days" to "10 Days"...
Not that it matters if the tag is obsolete.. It is better to be safe than sorry though...
Your site looks like a standard E-commerce.. Nothing flashy or stand outish about it really, kinda the same thing different URL really..
Maybe adding a touch of graphics to it, spicing it up for visitors & creating a psychological attraction. Which of course will peak more curiosity, thus = more page views.
Just curious, besides the occasional adwords What other types of Targeted campaigns are you running currently?

I am not meaning to sound harsh but i will give you an honest opinion from someone in the UK.
1) Your prices are in $, this instantly puts people from the UK off
2) Your prices are extremely high. I have not looked into comparing similar quality products, but if i was after a photo frame i wouldn't pay $84. Maybe you products are extremely niche and your keywords were possibly not quite as well targetted as they could be?
3) When going to the checkout i get "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." "The security certificate presented by this website has expired or is not yet valid." This is another very off putting experience, and many many people would back away at this stage if the same happens to them.
I hope this gives a bit of an insight into why I wouild not buy from your shop, but i'm not into victorian pictures either ;-)

Traffic conversion is also based on offering the right services and products at reasonable rates. If you feel that your products are reasonably priced, you should be able to inform that readily to your traffic.

yeah, absolutely right, but I think handicrafts is a well known product and many of us wants to buy it... So, I don't think there is any problem in product reasonability.

What other methods have you tried drawing traffic to your site? Have you tried other PPC campaigns? IMO, you need targetted traffic than just mere page views. Say for example you work on keywords related to your niche thru PPC like handicarfts, souvenirs, etc. Also try on long tail keywords for more specific searches that would fall under the products you are selling.
Another way is to participate in UK based forums to target your market.
It is basically a supply and demand stuff. Offer the right products at people who have needs for it. Focusing on ways that would reach your target audience should work just fine buddy!
