Do you have the mykontera.inc uploaded to the theme folder?
For example, mine is loaded to forum/themes/default

Thanks for all the help that you have been with this post. I am a littile stuck with this. I followed all the steps but I am getting the include("mykontera.inc"); written at the bottom of my forum. link : www.clinicalresearchforum.com . What could I be doing wrong. Thanks.

Yes I do upload it to the defauf theme folder still nothing showing.

Rename the file.
should look like this

mykontera.inc

eliminate the .txt

Here is an idea....kind of a troubleshooter.

Upload the .inc file to forum/themes
Check it
Then upload it to forum as well if it still doesnt work, it should run after that.

upload the file to your sites root directory, that will solve your issue
