Hello, as most of you know I am 15 years old, and I am trying to make a successful web business.. but I need help on what type of business that I could handle at 15. I can do phone support (parents wont let me).... so if anyone has any ideas that would help me out please reply!

do affiliate programs. All you do is to create a website, post a few links to merchants and promote that site. It is always best to do a targetted site, to sell the most stuff.
For example, if you want to sell credit cards, make a site focusing on credit cards. Try to rank highly for the word credit cards, or variations thereof, and you'll make money just by showing people where they can get credit cards.

So in toher works maybe make a site showing peope where they can get cc's but nto acutally sell them (because i cant im under age)

yes! And, if you would want to sell CC, you would have to be a financial business, etc. So, it has nothing to do with you being under age.
The beauty of this business is that you can set your own work hours. But, at the same time, the competition is tough, and getting tougher, making it harder and harder to make serious cash. But, for the ones who are on top, the rewards are great!
