I think you may know about Adbrite's full page ads. With full page ads your website will be shown in an iframe with 90% of the screen covered by your website. This type of traffic is targeted too!

I just want to know, Visitors from Adbrite full page ads convert into sales?

I find the full page ads annoying as it stops me from getting to the content straightaway.
